The one thing I will share with you is something you should watch this weekend: Travailen. It’s a Red Bull documentary of ultra trail runner Ryan Sande’s attempt to run the 220km Drakensburg Grand Traverse, in South Africa and Lesotho. It’s inspirational and with absolutely stunning scenery. And it’s less than 30 minutes long.Click here to watch but do it fast, it won’t be available past this Sunday!

The ‘cake’ is keto lemon shortbread. And I used a piping bag to get that pretty effect.
